We’ve overhauled campaign analytics from the ground up—so you can see, at a glance, what’s driving results and where you can optimize. Here’s what you’ll now find inside:

  • Time filters to zoom in on performance over the last week, month, or custom date range.
  • ICP and persona breakdowns that show how your campaign volume maps against your ideal targets.
  • Fit analysis to identify what percentage of contacts actually matched your ICPs and personas.
  • And most importantly: response performance by ICP + persona combinations so you can double down on the messages that are actually landing.

🧠 Smarter AI, More Human Messaging

Next up: messaging quality. AI outreach that sounds like AI just isn’t good enough. 

RevvedUp has always been ahead of the pack on this - but it doesn’t mean we’re resting on that lead. We want our clients to be way ahead when it comes to the quality of their ABM outreach.

So we’ve rebuilt our behind-the-scenes prompting engine to give you even more intelligence, more natural-sounding, human-level messaging—without sacrificing speed.

Here’s what’s new:

  • More powerful reasoning engine: Our AI prompts now take an even more in-depth and wide-ranging look at all the available data about your offerings and your prospects to find the most relevant hooks and angles for winning their attentions.
  • Granular tone controls: You can now tweak things like formality, tone of voice, length, and conceptual complexity—all via intuitive sliders.
  • Better defaults, better outputs: Even without adjustments, the outputs are noticeably more refined—less “AI-generated,” more “sales team crafted.”

✍️ Faster, Easier Content Review

We know how time-consuming it can be to review dozens of messages across a campaign. That’s why we’ve introduced a new Content Review tab—your single view to check, compare, and QA outbound copy at speed.

In the new view, you can:

  • Scroll through messages by contact, side by side
  • See word counts at a glance
  • Review message quality across different stages or personas—without diving into individual contacts

It’s built for fast iteration, easy approvals, and peace of mind before hitting send.


🎯 Introducing ICP + Persona-Aware Messaging

Lastly, we’ve rolled out a foundational shift in how we structure and personalize messaging: a new ICP and persona hierarchy that makes your outreach smarter, more scalable, and more consistent.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Seller ProfilesThis is your master messaging layer—what you sell, the benefits, features, and value props you care about most.
  2. Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)Think of these as your major segments: SMB vs Enterprise, UK vs US, Vertical A vs Vertical B. Each ICP can have its own tone, positioning, and focus—so the messaging feels right, even before you personalize.
  3. PersonasUnder each ICP, we’ve added persona-specific adjustments. So a marketing leader at an SMB gets different language than a RevOps lead at an enterprise—without you having to rewrite everything from scratch.

The result?

Every message you send is now driven by a consistent strategy, fine-tuned to the recipient, and auto-adjusted based on the AI-led research we run in the background.

That means more relevance, more control, and less time rewriting copy to get the tone just right.
